Who We Are
For most of us, it goes without saying that 2020 was a time for great reflection. Suddenly, we all had a lot of time to think about things big and small, like whether banana bread is better with or without walnuts or whether there is a way to ensure that organisations developing their new strategy can be assured that it will result in the change they truly want. At least, that was what we spent our time thinking about.
With more than 25 years behind us in leadership roles working with some of Australia’s largest government agencies, non-profits, and corporates, we were often directly or indirectly responsible for delivering a new and improved strategy. But frustratingly, we found that the process almost always fell into the same pattern: initial excitement followed by a thorough but rushed consultation and design process, culminating in a splashy launch and then… not a great deal of impact. But we knew there was a better way.
We firmly believe that a great strategy should settle for nothing less than to unite, inspire, and motivate the people around it. But more than this, the great strategy needs to deliver a lasting change with a positive impact. It is this belief that caused Elevate Impact to be born.
Led by Managing Director Jen Tucker, Elevate Impact has more than 20 strategy, design, communication, evaluation, and impact consultants located across the country. Not wanting to be constrained by the old bricks and mortar of old school offices, we operate entirely where our clients need us—be it in Canberra, Melbourne, Eurobodalla, Margaret River, Hunter Valley, Kangaroo Island, or Yulara (just to name a few places our projects have taken us recently).
With over 25 years of experience in shaping, executing, and measuring strategies for Australia's most esteemed non-profits, government bodies, and private entities, we launched Elevate Impact in 2020, driven by a single mission: to design and implement transformative strategies that inspire, unite, and create enduring, positive impact.
